Week 3, Jun 2010	Timur Ahmad	A 17% AF cut and 15 PRs drove Timur into the top-400, gaining 74 positions. Must have been inspired by the football.

Week 1, Feb 2010	Florian Chollet	Flo's 60Hz AF cut of 74.6->67 (10%) was the biggest of the week. He scored 13 PRs and gained 8 positions.
Week 4, Jan 2010	Andreas Rudmarker	Somewhat out of the blue, came back to score a new WR. Looks like he hasn't lost any of his skills.
Week 3, Jan 2010	McHenry Carlson	A 60pt AF cut was the biggest move of the week, accounting for 14% of McHenry's AF. Also reached Adv A level.
Week 2, Jan 2010	David Schiering	An interesting play from David, making a surprise comeback to score 4 PRs (more in one week that all of last year) and pass two legends in J Steel and M Tanzer.
Week 1, Jan 2010	Flynn Hoppenbrouwers	Forced to stay indoors due to bad snowy weather, Flynn raced 21 PRs and had the best cuts of the week: 13% in AF and 7% in ARR (both bigger than Jamie's cuts). As a bonus, be reached the top-150 and Hero C level.
Week 4, Dec 2009	Christian Wild	Outplayed Jamie's and Ryan's good weeks to score the best cuts in both indicators: AF 32.9->29.1 (11%) and ARR 5.1->4.4 (12%). Passed 7 players to reach the top-25 and became a Myth C.
Week 3, Dec 2009	Kouider Benarioua	Scored a WR during the double week update, which eventuated in being the last WR of the year (and hence the decade).
Week 2, Dec 2009	Andrew Howes	Scored the highest AF cut (11%) over the double-update period and was active on most days, racing 15 PRs and jumping 17 places.
Week 1, Dec 2009	Ryan Stevens	Almost a win by default, with nobody coming up with a sizeable cut except Ryan. Cuts of AF 65->62.7 (4%) and ARR 8.6->8.4 (2%) saw Ryan reach Titan B level.
Week 4, Nov 2009	Ryan Stevens	Substantially larger cuts than anyone else this week. Ryan improved AF 72.3->65.0 (10%) and ARR 9.3->8.5 (8%), passing 11 players in the process.
Week 3, Nov 2009	Alvaro Fababu	He put a lot of effort into Mush Bridge and it paid off, with a Titan+ lap ranking 59th. That's more than we should expect from any Expert player.
Week 2, Nov 2009	Matt Jacob	With cuts of AF 631->590 (6%) and ARR 23.8->23.0 (3%), Matt gained 30+ places.
Week 1, Nov 2009	Christian Wild	A close week between Matt and Christian in terms of cuts. Christian won both stats with AF 36.7->34 (7%) and ARR 5.6->5.3 (6%). He advanced 3 places to 31st.
Week 4, Oct 2009	Sebastien Legay	A flood of outdated PRs were the talk of the week. He won't be given a POM or higher for it, but he probably would have won some POWs if he released the PRs on time. The cuts were big: AF 62->41 (34%) and ARR 7.9->5.9 (25%), reaching Titan+ as well.
Week 3, Oct 2009	Ian Gee	This week summarized Ian's recent comeback: 7 PRs from 4 courses, reached top-50 overall, and still says he can improve WC and RR by 1+ seconds. A worthy comeback, indeed. Stats were AF 60.8->55.9 (8%) and ARR 8.6->8.0 (6%).
Week 2, Oct 2009	Kyrill Novikov	Scored the biggest cuts in a relatively quiet week: AF 746->684 (8%) and ARR 26.3->24.8 (6%). Became Intermediate C and caught up to the top-500.
Week 1, Oct 2009	Robert Lee	Making a comeback, Rob scored a 150pt cut followed by a 122pt cut in consecutive weeks. His cuts were AF 671->549 (18%) and ARR 24.8->22.2 (10%).
Week 4, Sep 2009	Kouider Benarioua	Kouider had the biggest weekly cuts in both AF 7.8->7.1 (9%) and ARR 0.49->0.38 (24%). He also scored his 3rd WR, and the first we've had for a little while.
Week 3, Sep 2009	Christian Wild	'The Wild One' somehow scored 25 PRs, making this a easy decision. His AF 55.4->46.1 (17%) and ARR 8.0->7.1 (11%) cuts were also the biggest of the week.
Week 2, Sep 2009	Jamie Disley	Jamie scored the biggest cuts this week, gaining 17 places. A few barriers are just around the corner...
Week 1, Sep 2009	Nicholas Harvey	A small and smug victory over The Falcon for the newest Hero player.
Week 4, Aug 2009	Christopher Studer	A 32/32 PR week for Christopher, cutting 25% off his AF and leaping 73 positions to reach the top-250.
Week 3, Aug 2009	Kouider Benarioua	Kouider switched to playing 60Hz and scored his first 60Hz record on one of the most-played tracks: LC. Few have dared to challenge Marijn on any track, so Kouider must be feeling confident.
Week 2, Aug 2009	Joost Coenen	This was a close one, but Joost had slightly better percentage cuts than Christian. AF 205->158 (23%) and ARR 15.5->14.2 (8.5%) were the top cuts of the week. Joost reached the 60Hz top-100, passed 41 players overall, and became the newest Hero.
Week 1, Aug 2009	Kouider Benarioua	Kouider scored a new WR and passed JSX for the French Open title.
Week 4, Jul 2009	Patrick Schiering	Big 100pt cuts are always nice, and he got 120pts. No longer a beginner, Patrick also reached the low Intermediate levels.
Week 3, Jul 2009	Kouider Benarioua	Even if you factor in Math, there's still no challenge Kouider won't tackle before we think he can do it. He'll be playing Vince soon.
Week 1, Jul 2009	Hendrik Bunde	A brief return to reclaim the #1 position, and once again he leaves us on our toes with only 0.03 in it.

Week 1, Jun 2009	Agustin Berrios	A quiet week for most, but not this erupting Chilean. He raced 18 PRs and jumped 46 places.
Week 4, May 2009	Jordan Jackson	Biggest weekly cuts in both measures (AF 252->224 or 11%, ARR 16.5->15.9 or 4%), plus he reached the 60Hz top-150 and scored his first Hero time.
Week 3, May 2009	Joshua Mosumky	Scored 12 PRs with nice AF 569->517 (9%) and ARR 22.8->21.8 (4%) cuts to break into the overall top-500.
Week 2, May 2009	David Moorhouse	An easy win for Dave, making 2x larger cuts than anyone else. He raced 8 PRs to move up 12 spots, and also got a minor rank promotion to Adv C.
Week 1, May 2009	Alexis Moyen	Having recently started a comeback, Alexis raced 27 PRs last week and topped that with 29 PRs this week. He improved his AF 197->159 (19%) and 15.5->14.1 (9%), which were both 3-4 times bigger than anyone else. Alexis also became a Hero D.
Week 4, Apr 2009	Andrew Math	Passed Hendrik in 60Hz and scored four system records.
Week 3, Apr 2009	Kouider Benarioua	He made a big "move" by helping Richard take #1, but Kouider also had the best percent cuts of the week with AF 21.7->18.8 (14%) and ARR 3.51->2.97 (15%). He raced 12 PRs and passed 3 legendary players.
Week 2, Apr 2009	Andrew Math	Two records took Andrew to tie Raphael for 10th overall, and even alter the positions of two players ranked above him. Andrew's DDD course time was G+10 and 0.35 ahead of the 'unbeatable' Marijn.
Week 1, Apr 2009	Andrew Math	Became Myth+, and passed Olivier for 11th place overall (and 5th place in 60Hz)!
Week 4, Mar 2009	Leonardo Schneider	A busy week with 4 players reporting almost identical 8% AF cuts, but 2 were newcomers with room to improve and one was reporting some older PRs, leaving Leo to rise above their heads.
Week 3, Mar 2009	Soren Marx	Soren put his foot on the pedal again, this time with a 70pt AF cut, the largest of the week by quite a bit.
Week 2, Mar 2009	Soren Marx	He must have played a lot this week, because he improved all 64 PRs in both Hz and advanced 130 places. That's some dedication.
Week 1, Mar 2009	Andrew Math	Not the biggest cut %-wise, but unmatched skill-wise because Andy scored 7 PRs in his native 60Hz. That's quite Dutch for someone ranked as high as he is.
Week 4, Feb 2009	Aron Langerak	Aron got the first record of the year, reducing Hendrik to being recordless in 60Hz.
Week 3, Feb 2009	David Landry	This week it was the other David who came up on top, improving by 511->463 (9%) in AF and 21.8->20.9 (4%) in ARR. The cuts were 2x bigger than anyone else and he improved by 41 places.
Week 2, Feb 2009	David Moorhouse	The biggest cuts came from David once again: 582->537 (8%) in AF and 23.2->22.3 (4%) were the biggest of the week. He improved by over 50 positions and reached Advanced level.
Week 1, Feb 2009	David Moorhouse	David won the stats, cutting 660->582 (12%) in AF and 24.6->23.1 (6%) in ARR, which were both higher than Daniel's comeback cuts of 10%/4%. He improved 75 positions and reached Intermediate A.
Week 4, Jan 2009	Kouider Benarioua	Kouider won the stat cuts, with both his AF 42.9->36.1 (16%) and ARR 6.1->5.2 (8%) being the biggest of the week. He passed several notable Titans and reached 16th in 60Hz. The only thing missing was an extra inch to Mythhood.
Week 3, Jan 2009	Sebastian Stellmacher	Sebastian scores a century with a 127pt AF cut, moving up from 484th to 364th. A big bull in a bear market.
Week 2, Jan 2009	Tony Nguyen	Tony outplayed everyone again, posting the highest cut of the week: AF 167->153 (9%). This week he also breached the overall top-150 and 60Hz top-100 barriers.
Week 1, Jan 2009	Duncan Graves	Big cuts from the newcomer, jumping 74 positions in his first week. His AF 485->408 (16%) and ARR 21.5->19.8 (8%) were the biggest cuts of the week.
Week 4, Dec 2008	Kouider Benarioua	A new player who probably would have won many POWs if he had joined 6 months ago, when he started playing on the French site. Missing a couple of scores, but already a Titan and top-50 material.
Week 3, Dec 2008	Tony Nguyen	Biggest cut of an otherwise quiet holiday week. AF 208->190 (8%) and reached Expert A.
Week 2, Dec 2008	Tony Nguyen	Biggest weekly cut (35pt) during this low activity already stood out, but Tony also pipped Jeff to catching the top-200 before him.
Week 1, Dec 2008	Jivago Pacheco da Silva	Jivago did not gain many places this week, but he reached two nice milestones: Hero B and 60Hz top-75.

Week 1, Oct 2008	Sebastien Legay	Nice week: passed 12 players (8 French!), scored his first God time, reached Titan B. Sebastien also had the largest weekly cuts in AF (74->64, or 13%) and ARR (9.4->8.4, 11%).
Week 4, Sep 2008	Nicholas Harvey	Joined last week and had no trouble tearing up his PRs to improve by 60 places. This week he scored a century, jumping 130 places. AF 484->345 (29%) and ARR 21.3->18.4 (14%).

Week 2, Aug 2008	Alvin van Asselt	He must've sucked a lot before, because Alvin improved his 60Hz AF by 230 pts. That came out to about 220 positions. Most players have no chance of coming up with such numbers, and those who do only get once shot.
Week 1, Aug 2008	Timothy Jay	Tim's 33pt AF cut pushed him 30 places ahead. He was also the most active player, with 14 new times.
Week 4, Jul 2008	Alencar Faria	AF 342.7->309 (10%) saw Alencar move up nearly 30 spots, made the top-300 cut, and reach Expert D level.
Week 3, Jul 2008	Ian Gee	Biggest cuts of the week: AF 140->123 (12%) and ARR 13.8->12.9 (6%). Scored 17 PRs, moved up 16 places, reached Hero C.

Week 4, Jun 2008	Dennis Scholl	Always good to see someone join and immediately find the motivation to beat all their times. With AF 582->473 (19%) and ARR 23.5->21.2 (10%), Dennis had 2x as big a cut as the next best. He moved up 99 places.
Week 3, Jun 2008	Andrew Math	Alain had a huge cut with 32 new 60Hz scores, but it probably wasn't set during this single week. Instead, Andrew's quick response to Bo's re-re-(re?)-challenge grabbed attention, with the young one reclaiming the USA #1 spot.
Week 2, Jun 2008	Rogerio Schneider	Scored 19 PR and got the biggest cuts of the week: AF 611->549 (10%), ARR 24.3->22.9 (6%). Rogerio passed over 50 players and scored many Advanced times.
Week 1, Jun 2008	Ian Gee	Biggest cut of the week: AF 222->174 (22%) and ARR 16.0->15.0 (6%). Ian reached Expert A and raced 4 Hero times.
Week 4, May 2008	Bo Garman	Bo made a return to kart and reclaimed the #1 USA spot. Cuts were AF 15.5->14.3 (7%) and ARR 2.43->1.96 (16%, the biggest cut of the week).
Week 3, May 2008	Ben Davis	Biggest cut of the week (AF 252->231 = 8%) and most number of PRs. Also reached Expert B level.
Week 2, May 2008	Matt Vanderwouw	Biggest cut of the week, AF 323->232 (28%). Jumped 2 standard titles in ARR to reach Expert B and passed over 80 players.
Week 1, May 2008	Juergen Gerads	Impressive 28pt cut, passing 25 players. Reached Hero C and got a top-50 Titan lap in WS, around what players three times higher on the ladder are expected to be getting.
Week 4, Apr 2008	Bram Reitsma	55 pt AF cut, twice as much as the second best. Reached the top-500 and Advanced level.
Week 3, Apr 2008	Ben Davis	According to Alvin, Ben broke into the top-300 with a 28 AF pt cut, passing 23 players and becoming an Expert player.
Week 2, Apr 2008	Maximilliam Seger	Has been making PRs for a couple of weeks now, and finally debuted on the ladder at a good position: top-150. ARR 15.4->14.2 (8%), the largest cut of the week, brought Max to Hero level.
Week 4, Mar 2008	Alvin van Asselt	AF 185->145 (22%) was the biggest cut of the week. He reached the top-150, became a Hero player, and passed his challenge from Josh.
Week 3, Mar 2008	Marijn Jongbloed	Reduced his 60Hz AF to below 2 (got 1.96) and increases his 60Hz WR tally to over 50% (17 from 32). The next closest players had double that AF and 1/6th the number of WRs. Quite the ownage.
Week 2, Mar 2008	Ian Gee	A l33t player getting into the spirit of competition by scoring a 100pt cut. AF 587 -> 487 = 17%, the largest cut of the week.
Week 1, Mar 2008	Nicola Torre	Continues the comeback, moving up almost 60 places. AF 394 -> 338 (14%) was twice as big as anyone else.
Week 3, Feb 2008	Marijn Jongbloed	Another very Dutchie kind of week for Marijn. Scored 3 WRs in 60Hz, reached Myth+ in 60Hz and became #1 in 60Hz.
Week 2, Feb 2008	Scott Dufault	It was seen coming a long time ago, but Scott finally reached Canada gold by passing Benoit.
Week 1, Feb 2008	Marijn Jongbloed	In what appears to be a serious case of the Dutchie Virus, Marijn couldn't help the symptomatic smashing of his PRs and move up from 11th to 4th in 60Hz. AF 9.2->5.3 (42%), ARR 3.3->1.9 (42%).
Week 4, Jan 2008	Marijn Jongbloed	This guy probably deserved more awards than he's got. This week he scored 4 WRs in 60Hz and cut 32.8% off his AF and 30.1% off his ARR. He looks like a contender for the 60Hz top-5 now.
Week 3, Jan 2008	Thomas Hayward	Continued his jedi training to move up 40 places. AF 501->443 (12%) and ARR 22.2->20.9 (6%)
Week 2, Jan 2008	Kevin Smith	Must have evolved from making movies to making moves. An AF 256->222 (13%) got him the lead over Josh, as well as Exp B.
Week 1, Jan 2008	Marijn Jongbloed	Double-Hz WR in Waluigi Stadium with the Borojn strat!
Week 4, Dec 2007	Sam Keene	A quiet week because of holidays. Sam had just got onto the AF ladder, so he was keen to start climbing. AF 440->388 (12%), moved up fifty places and reached Adv B.
Week 2, Dec 2007	Matt Tanzer	Passed Andrew for 2nd place in the US and scored his first 60Hz record in BC.
Week 1, Dec 2007	Hendrik Bunde	New 60hz champ, now 1st in both modes.
Week 4, Nov 2007	Joshua Dufault	AF 328->227 (31%) and ARR 18.7->16.4 (12%) were the biggest cuts of the week, seeing Josh steal a bit of Alvin's thunder. Maybe the POQ won't be so one-sided after all?
Week 3, Nov 2007	Alvin van Asselt	Supposedly the beginning of Alvin's attempt at a killer quarter, he has already canceled all appointments, dropped off the kids at nana's place, and got himself infected. AF 372->325 (13%) was the biggest of the week. He also reached Adv A.
Week 2, Nov 2007	Alibis Van Deaf	Fabien scored 27 PRs to gain 23 positions. His AF 125->98.8 (21%) and ARR 12.9->11.4 (11%) were the top cuts in both categories. He reached the top-100 and jumped from Hero C to Hero A.
Week 1, Nov 2007	Hendrik Bunde	Will 13 be a lucky number?
Week 4, Oct 2007	Scott Dufault	AF 123->106 (14%) and ARR 13.3->12.3 (7%), Scott passed 18 players and reached Hero B. He's sure to become a top-100 player any day now.
Week 3, Oct 2007	Lars Stelzig	Alvin vs Lars... Dutch vs Danish... who has the stronger beer to give them power? With AF 260->205 (21%) and ARR 17.2->15.9 (8%), Denmark has some nice beers like Tuborg and Carlsberg. They powered Lars almost to the top-200.
Week 2, Oct 2007	Adam Peifer	AF 383->306 (20%) and ARR 20.0->18.4 (8%), Adam had the largest cuts of the week if you don't count the hoarders. Passed 80 players, broke into the top-300 and reached Exp D.
Week 1, Oct 2007	Maurice Fleer	Consolation prize for mistiming his run for POM, Maurice scored a 138pt AF cut over the past 3 weeks (10 of his 28 PRs were set this week). He reached the top-250 in 60Hz.
Week 4, Sep 2007	Juergen Gerads	With AF 378->301 (20%) and ARR 19.9->18.3 (8%), Juergen had twice as a good a cut as any other player this week. He got 25 PRs and reached Expert D.
Week 3, Sep 2007	Hendrik Bunde	Almost forgot about this guy, didn't you? Well, he still exists. He raced one WR, and become the second person after Vince to get that 'other' WR that nobody used to have.
Week 2, Sep 2007	Vincent van der Fluit	Among many worthy performances over the week, it's hard to argue that the last God time falling isn't a one-of-a-kind event.
Week 1, Sep 2007	Paul Tanney	Comeback from one of the oldest veterans, strengthening his breadth of MKDD to 60Hz. Paul cut AF 103->65 (36%) and ARR 14.6->12.9 (8%) in one week to show us that he still remember how to play, and that he wants to be serious about 60hz.
Week 4, Aug 2007	Scott Dufault	AF 322->227 (29%) and ARR 18.8->16.7 (11%). A clear winner of a week for Scott, who only started his comeback last week. He moved up 88 places and reached Expert level.
Week 3, Aug 2007	Jeff Tsang	Slow week, but Jeff managed to get some nice cuts. AF 512->474 (7%) and ARR 22.8->22.0 (4%). Jeff passed 5 Canadians to become one of the top 20 in his country. He also reached Advanced level.
Week 2, Aug 2007	Jeff Tsang	Jeff dropped his AF 569->512 (10%) and ARR 24.2->22.8 (6%) to move up 53 places. He also made Int A in ARR.
Week 1, Aug 2007	Marijn Jongbloed	Strongest AF cut (6.1->5.6, or 8%) and third best ARR (0.51->0.42, or 18%) summarised a good week for Marijn, who scored five God times off 7 PRs and built a healthy lead over Konsta. Will this keep Konsta away, or just spur him on?
Week 4, Jul 2007	Rein Boyd	AF 203.5->154 (24%) and ARR 15.5->14.1 (9%). Apparently has been playing MKDD for some time, but joining the site incited him to play his wrists off. Scored 32 PRs, reached Hero D and jumped fifty places to a top-150 position.
Week 3, Jul 2007	Alain Studer	Hoarded? Not sure. But had several "events" happen: broke into the top 150, became a Hero player, scored a Titan time, and had the biggest AF cut (12%) for the week.
Week 2, Jul 2007	Andreas Rudmarker	The biggest ARR cut (16%) and equal biggest AF cut (8%) of the week, Andreas scored 7 PRs and nabbed 2 WRs off scary-men Richard and Aron.
Week 1, Jul 2007	Richard Karlsson	If he were on the site during the past 7 weeks, he probably would have won a couple of these awards. So this one is a consolation. Richard improved his AF by 0.5, gained 6 WRs, and reached God level.
Week 4, Jun 2007	Alibis Van Deaf	An obvious choice, Fabien's cut was 4x higher than the next best. AF 364->232 (36%), ARR 19.8->16.9 (15%). By my calculations, his 132 pt AF is the 5th highest of all time.
Week 3, Jun 2007	Alibis Van Deaf	With AF 453->364 (20%) and ARR 21.8->19.8 (9.2%), Fabien topped the cuts in both statistics. How high will he go before he finds out that MKDD is much harder than MKDS? =)
Week 2, Jun 2007	Hendrik Bunde	Kevin hoarded, so we can't count him... that means the winner is... the champ! He cut 8% in AF. That only amounts to about 0.2 AF pts, but every little bit helps at the top. Hendrik took back the title from Aron this week.
Week 1, Jun 2007	Andrew Manning	With AF 118->106 (10%) and ARR 13.5->12.8 (5%) cuts, Andrew raced 16 PRs, moved up 13 places, took the lead in his rivalry, and set himself up as the fav to reach the top-100 next. It takes a brave man to scorn two women at the same time...
Week 4, May 2007	Konsta Jukka	AF 7.4->6.2 (16%) and ARR 1.07->0.73 (32%), Konsta raced 8 god times, passed JSX for 6th place and claimed 2 WRs.
Week 3, May 2007	Ryan Stevens	With AF 190->158 (17%), Ryan had the biggest cut of the week by a decent margin. Looking very strong for POM. He became a Hero this week.
Week 2, May 2007	Hendrik Bunde	A pair of opportunistic PRs saw him pass Aron for the top position once again. This means that Hendrik has fought back and beaten everyone who has ever beaten him for the gold... that's 5 players, so far.
Week 4, Apr 2007	Andrew Math	Andrew passed 7 players on his way to becoming a Myth D. He also passed Alejandro for 3rd spot among the US players. Stat cuts were AF 31.7->27.2 (14%) and ARR 6.0->5.2 (15%).
Week 3, Apr 2007	Kevin Borne	He was going to get one eventually, and what better than this week? With AF 57.3->50.7 (12%) and ARR 9.1->8.4 (8%), Kevin passed 8 players, reached the top-50 and became Titan B.
Week 2, Apr 2007	Jeremy Garcia	AF 361->302 (16%) and ARR 20.0->18.7 (7%), Jeremy had the biggest AF cut of the week. Plus, his sister is probably hotter than Scott's
Week 1, Apr 2007	Alex Hantson	With AF 58.2->50.7 (13%) and ARR 9.3->8.5 (9%), Alex passed three Dutchmen (including Steven Z), reached the top-50 and became Titan B.
Week 4, Mar 2007	Peter Nonkes	Otto also had a triple-digit cut, but Peter's was bigger and he was ranked higher. With AF 556->428 (23%) and ARR 23.4->21.4 (12%), Peter beat 113 players and went from Int B to Adv C.
Week 3, Mar 2007	Jeff Lloyd	AF 505->409 (19%) was by far the largest cut, giving Jeff a top-400 finish. He also reached Adv C.
Week 2, Mar 2007	Aron Langerak	Aron had the top cuts in both stats this week: AF 3.25->2.78 (14%), ARR 0.28->0.144 (49%). This is the week that he broke 3.0 in AF and finally looks like a real contender for the title. Hendrik and Richard better watch out!
Week 4, Feb 2007	Andrew Johnson	Consolation prize for narrowly missing out on POM, Andrew still had a great month and finished with a good week: he reached top-200 in ARR (and became Exp C), and reached top-200 in AF.
Week 2, Feb 2007	Matt Tanzer	Mega-week! AF 110.6->94.6 (14%) and ARR 13.2->12.2 (8%) were good enough to take him well inside the top 100 and reach Hero B.
Week 1, Feb 2007	Hendrik Bunde	Even with the tiniest of cuts (0.1 in AF, 0.1 in ARR... he even lost a WR this week), Hendrik reclaimed the #1 position in AF and became the first player with 0.0 ARR. Have such small cuts ever had such a big impact?
Week 4, Jan 2007	Konsta Jukka	So you have 8 sisters, eh? I mean... his cuts of AF 16.3->13.7 (16%) and ARR 3.54->2.98 (16%) were only topped by Andrew Manning, but Konsta reached Myth B and passed three of the best-known players in the history of the game.
Week 3, Jan 2007	Hendrik Bunde	Well, Richard got one for doing well in 60Hz, and Hendrik's adjusted quickly... he even took Richard's #3 spot! AF 4.23->3.3 (22%) and ARR 4.0->1.7 (57%) were nice cuts. He also scored 4 WRs, stealing 2 each from 60Hz dynamos Olivier and Marius.
Week 2, Jan 2007	Marijn Jongbloed	Twice? We don't like to do that, but Marijn gave us little choice. He had the top cuts in both AF 11.5->10.4 (9%) and ARR 2.8->2.5 (8%). Maybe it was just a quiet week. But if he hadn't hoarded last quarter, he probably would've got many of these anyway!
Week 1, Jan 2007	Richard Karlsson	Within 2 days of split ranks, he sent 32/32 60Hz PRs. Maybe he 'prepared them earlier', but he sent more and more throughout the week. He gets the POW for debuting in 60Hz #3, and giving people a lot to talk and speculate about!
Week 4, Dec 2006	Marijn Jongbloed	Easy decision, just by looking at the numbers. His AF 14.6->11.4 (22%) and ARR 3.14->2.7 (15%) were pretty much the best. He PRed several times per day, netting 3 God times among his PRs. He also finished his year in 10th spot.
Week 3, Dec 2006	Richard Karlsson	Percentage-wise, the biggest cuts this week: AF 2.22->1.88 (16%) and ARR 0.25->0.12 (53%). He ended Hendrik's 3-month spree and became untied #1 for his 4th time. Hendrik was the one to dethrone him 3 times so far. What will happen now?
Week 2, Dec 2006	Hendrik Bunde	When it looks like his MKDD disc is broken and Richard would take the lead, he fixes it, makes 6 PRs, gets a 0.2 cushion again in the ladder, and goes back to 2.0 AF. It's like a 'Hold It!', 'Objection!' and 'Take That!' at the same time.
Week 1, Dec 2006	Richard Karlsson	3 WRs, and reached #1 again. Only a tie... for now!
Week 4, Nov 2006	Richard Karlsson	He loves to come through when we don't expect him. Hendrik was so close to sub-2 AF again, and Richard comes back shouting 'Hey, don't forget about me!', and races 3 WRs.
Week 3, Nov 2006	Marc Schwartz	Not a particularly outstanding week for any individual, but Marc's achievements were most memorable. Apart from passing The Zwartjes, he entered the top-50 and cooked up a Dutch sandwich.
Week 2, Nov 2006	Cole Gilbert	Well, he's now one of those 'top players', so it's okay to not slow down. AF 136->102 (24%) and ARR 14.7->13.2 (10%) got him to #100 and Hero C, moving up 28 places.
Week 1, Nov 2006	Konsta Jukka	I prefer to spread awards out, but he missed on the POQ by only a small margin. We're compensating with POWs! Besides, the 3 guys who out-cut him this week hoarded. AF 32.5->29 (11%), ARR 6.7->6.0 (11%), he became Titan+ and 8th in 60Hz.
Week 4, Oct 2006	Konsta Jukka	A close race between several candidates, Konsta had the mathematical advantage of having the best combined cut. Apart from AF 35.0->32.5 (7%) and ARR 7.1->6.7 (5%), he also made the top-30 and reached 10th in 60Hz.

Week 4, Aug 2006	Marc Schwartz	Marc smashed his way into the top 100s, with a neat 27 pt cut. He skipped hero D to reach hero C. He's been doing great for a while but this week he was outsanding! Good job.
Week 3, Aug 2006	Konsta Jukka	Are you sure he's not secretly Dutch? AF 71->63 (12%) and ARR 11.1->10.2 (8%) were very competitive, and he continues to pass all sorts of active people for yet another week. Became Titan, too!
Week 2, Aug 2006	Marius Moritz Mollenhauer	Third player to reach Myth+! Besides that, he had a nice turnover: AF 5.2->4.5 (13%) was third-best for the week, and ARR 1.68->1.19 (29%) was double that of Andreas. Plus, the obligatory bunch of 60Hz WRs, and it was an easy decision.
Week 1, Aug 2006	Hendrik Bunde	Proof that he's still in the running for the title, Hendrik survived the week on a positive note despite Richard and Marius's big cuts, and still scored 5 WRs. He also became the 2nd Myth+ player, with Vince and Marius expected to be next.
Week 4, Jul 2006	Richard Karlsson	The first (and currently, only) player to reach Myth+ in ARR! Scored couple of WRs, too.
Week 3, Jul 2006	Vincent van der Fluit	Bunde beat Karlsson for #1, Vince beat Segas for #3. Vince raced 9 PRs in 3 days to Hendrik's 6. His AF 5.2->4.7 (10%) & ARR 2.2->1.98 (11%) were a few % better than Hendrik's, and we think Vince needs the encouragement more... go for #2?
Week 2, Jul 2006	Jean-Christophe Lacastaignerate	Steady reporting of a few PRs every couple of days for a total of 10. AF 24.4->21.4 (12%) and ARR 5.9->5.4 (11%) saw him turn top-20 and Myth D. That's not too terrible, right?
Week 1, Jul 2006	Richard Karlsson	Firstly, because 1 POW just wasn't enough last week. Secondly, he scord 4 PRs and almost lowered his AF to under 4. Thirdly, sister pics may have come into it.
Week 4, Jun 2006	Richard Karlsson	AF 6.9->4.2 (39%), ARR 2.7->1.6 (41%) were about twice as high as anyone else, but he also scored 5 WRs, reached Myth A, and became #1 in AF and ARR. Very easy choice, when you have crazy players like that...
Week 3, Jun 2006	Marius Moritz Mollenhauer	No sure if all the PRs were raced this week, but he certainly made an impact. AF 8.2->6.8 (17%) and ARR 3.1->2.6 (15%) were both the largest cuts of the week. Coupled with regaining #4 and scoring a bunch of 60Hz WRs, he makes a point - he's a machine.
Week 2, Jun 2006	John Hornick	Not a monster cut, but we give it to him for reaching the top-100 barrier, after consistent PRing for several weeks in a row. He also reached Hero C, which is a little bonus.
Week 1, Jun 2006	Jake Sopcak	Surprised? Probably not. AF 30.9->25.9 (-16%) and ARR 6.8->6.1 (-10%) weren't too bad on their own, but then add reaching Titan+ and #2 USA in the same week and it looks delicious. Didn't he retire? Obviously not yet. Keep going, eh?

Week 3, May 2006	Marius Moritz Mollenhauer	Comeback. Only scored 4 PRs for the first time in a year. Dropped ARR 3.4->3.1 (9%) and AF 7.9->7.2 (9%), which weren't too big, but maybe the 3 WRs and 3 God times were symbolic. He also regained one position to 6th, but where to from here...?
Week 2, May 2006	Aron Langerak	'Only' 20.2->18.1 (11%) cut in AF, but it was still the fourth best. However, the 15 PRs to continue the streak and moving up 5 places were impressive. He also became a Myth player.
Week 1, May 2006	Vincent van der Fluit	11 PRs, 6 G+1 or better, 8% cuts in both AF and ARR. Not too bad for someone in bronze position. The 5 WRs was a nice addition (MCR, MBx2, MCTx2).
Week 4, Apr 2006	Stacy Needham	POM went to Olivier, so Stacy was next who caught out eye. AF 107->80.2 (25%) and ARR 14.0->12.4 (11%) were some of the highest turn-overs, but you can add to that a Hero C and convincing re-entry into the top-100 (by over 20 places).
Week 3, Apr 2006	Cedric Willo	Who is this guy, and what is he doing taking 3 WRs in the same week from someone as scary as Vincent v/d Fluit? An all-French WR week, and Cedric lead the team.
Week 2, Apr 2006	Richard Karlsson	Richard wanted to show that Raphael is not the only one who can show off. 15 PRs, AF 7.65->5.25 (31%), 3.78->2.82 (25%) ARR, 6 god times (including a G+6), and 1 WR. He was on fire. How long can he keep it up?
Week 1, Apr 2006	Raphael Segas	Probably not the best choice of week for all the other players to have bothered playing in, since Rapha scored 3 WRs, regained the #1 place in AF, and hit a God+9 time. Yeah, that kinda sums it up.
Week 4, Mar 2006	Raphael Segas	4 WRs, 4 God times. He also won the recent battle where everyone seemed to want a PB WR, but now he has both. To top it off, he briefly became overall God again, if only for one day =D
Week 3, Mar 2006	Paul Maes	5 WRs, 4 of them God, including the first God+2 and sub-24'5 LC. Did you need any more reason?
Week 2, Mar 2006	Paul Maes	Tough week, with many players doing well. Paul stood out, since he did stuff the others didn't - he made a long-awaited comeback. He got a WR. AF 13.3->11.3 (15%) and ARR 5.2->4.7 (10%) were the 3rd and 2nd best cuts. And he reached the top 10 again.
Week 1, Mar 2006	Vincent van der Fluit	Reaches #4 overall, beating one of the German powerhouses. Fourth person to reach Myth B, and first person to get a God+1 time. AF 5.5->4.8 (14%) is impressive for only one week at his level.
Week 4, Feb 2006	Tony Nguyen	Sure, he's a bit too new to encourage, but the stats speak for themselves. Improved 31 PRs, moved up 100 places, AF 333->218 (34%, 2x nest best), ARR 21.6->17.9 (17%, 2x nest best)... it would be unfair not to give it to him.
Week 3, Feb 2006	Cedric Willo	Probably won't celebrate every god time ever made, but Cedric's 25.89 MB lap is only the third, so it's still special. He isn't even named Segas or Steel! And it makes the decision much easier, considering how many players had equally good weeks =/
Week 2, Feb 2006	Raphael Segas	Hits 2nd god time, on PB lap with 21'97. Mystery surrounds the strat, and everyone is in awe.
Week 1, Feb 2006	Raphael Segas	Well we expected Hendrik to reach #1 at the pace he was going, but we did not expect Raphael to surprise us like that and fight back in the same week! Rapha only scored 2 PRs, but they were enough to regain the top spot. Fight, fight, fight!
Week 4, Jan 2006	Hendrik Bunde	We hadn't had a WR for a while. And we certainly hadn't had anyone overtake Jonathan Steel for a very long while. Hendrik always has some surprises for us. This week, he got DC 3lap WR and became #2.
Week 3, Jan 2006	Jean-Christophe Lacastaignerate	The 19 PRs over the past fortnight saw J-C jump ten places to 46th, breaking the top-50. As icing on the cake, he passed an entire legion of the French army.
Week 2, Jan 2006	Hendrik Bunde	Managed to pass 60hz's top player Marius for the #3 overall spot! Not much changed hands in terms of country representation, since both players are German. Must be something in the beer.
Week 1, Jan 2006	Tom Salden	Twice in a row, Tom pulled off some big cuts to stand out a little. This week it was AF 107->96 (10%). He moved up 7 places, became the newest Hero, and broke into the top 100.
Week 4, Dec 2005	Tom Salden	Statistically the biggest improvements: with a 0.7 ARR drop, and 124->107 (14%, 2x bigger than anyone else) in AF. Tom raced a new time for almost every track, and passed 17 players. Too bad he didn't reach the top 100, but hey...
Week 3, Dec 2005	Olivier Peruch	He's been shadowing Andreas for quite some time now, and struck right at the end of the year. AF 20.8->18.1 (13%) was the best weekly stat improvement, but he also passed Tristan Eyma and Andreas thanks to 12 PRs. Not a bad week at all.
Week 2, Dec 2005	Fernando Moritz dos Santos	He didn't make it easy for anyone else, getting another POW in a row. With ARR 6.2->5.7 (8%) and 18.8->15.3 (19%), Fernando had the best stat drops. 10 PRs, 2 more positions, and threatening a top 10 and Myth rank very soon...
Week 1, Dec 2005	Fernando Moritz dos Santos	Pretty cool week from the former champ. Looks like he's still got 'it'. His 9 PRs moved his AF 22.1->18.84 (-15%) and ARR 6.75->6.25 (7%), and saw him pass Andreas once again. He also reached Titan+, convincingly. Look out behind you, Tristan!
Week 4, Nov 2005	Bo Garman	Looking weakened for weeks on end, Bo made a surprise comeback to steal the US title right under Gregor's nose by jumping over 6 players! AF 29.5->25.2 (15%) and ARR 7.9->7.4 (8%) is great for someone at his level. We may be in for a fun duel...!
Week 3, Nov 2005	Andreas Rudmarker	Apart from moving up 5 places to break into the top 20, the little Swede also got a WR on DC 3lap. Certainly eye-catching!
Week 2, Nov 2005	Richard Karlsson	Good week for Richard, taking up the highest weekly drops in both AF (7.46->6.4 = 14%) and ARR (4.3->4.0 = 7%). But he also got a M+ WR, and passed #7 David as well! Can you believe that this is his first POW?!
Week 1, Nov 2005	Hendrik Bunde	The details are still sketchy, but he _definitely_ caught attention this week, much more than the other times he submitted because he now came prepared with some vids! He joins at 5th in AF, =4th in ARR, and has 5 WRs to his name.. better be real!
Week 4, Oct 2005	Vincent van der Fluit	Nobody stood out this week, so instead we give the away to whoever had the coolest achievement. Vince broke a long streak of no-WR weeks by scoring himself a Myth A on Mush City, leading Segas by almost 0.2. Yickes!
Week 3, Oct 2005	Alejandro Laflamme	A recent addition, but he's already top 150, and with a weekly cut like AF 212->139 (34%) and ARR 18.7->15.9 (14.7%), both twice as large as anyone else's, you have to wonder about his potential. He moved up 67 place in 4 days of work.
Week 2, Oct 2005	Roman Tio	Largest cuts in both AF (176->149=15%) and ARR (17.5->16.4=6%), Roman made 28 PRs and improved 27 places. Is he a star in the making?
Week 1, Oct 2005	Bo Garman	Many saw it coming that Gregor would give Bo a run for his money. But Bo's fighting back, perhaps motivated by the MTRS... or maybe it's just the female fans. Exciting rivalries are rare, and this one is great since it also has the US title at stake.
Week 4, Sep 2005	Max Reese	By far the largest cuts this week, with AF 258->203 (21%) and ARR 20.2->18.4 (9%), Max raced 29 PRs to jump almost 60 positions, break into the top 200, and become the newest Expert after skipping Adv A entirely.
Week 3, Sep 2005	Fernando Moritz dos Santos	It's hard to make a comeback when you're gone so long, and perhaps harder when you've got Moritz's history. So here's a bit of encouragement. We'd like to see a closer battle for #1 60Hz, yes we would!
Week 2, Sep 2005	Jonathan Steel	An award based on the 'WOW' factor alone, Jonathan took back the BP course WR and managed to hit the 2nd god time ever, by beating his own lap record.
Week 1, Sep 2005	Thomas van Leeuwen	An 18pt (13%) AF cut for Thomas, with 30 PRs and a passing of some country rivals to boot. He easily reached Expert B, and has quickly balanced out his weaknesses (all times are either EA, EB or EC)!
Week 4, Aug 2005	Jake Sopcak	Great efforts from Jake, going from 135->104 (23%) in AF and 10.1->8.9 (13%) in ARR. He moved up 31 places and reached Expert A, which were quite notable, but his highlights also included the colourful range of emotions in his submissions.
Week 3, Aug 2005	Arnaud Guepey	He only scored 10 PRs and his cuts were hardly ridiculous (10%/5% in AF/ARR), he ended up taking a lead in his rivalry by focusing his efforts on beating his rivals' times. Arnaud showed us that rivalries are good motivators!
Week 2, Aug 2005	David Schiering	Perhaps surprisingly everyone including himself, David cut his AF in half with 11.3->5.8 (49%) and finished off all his standards with 0.41->0.0 (100%) to reach God. He passe 5 players and got to #4. Very scary!
Week 1, Aug 2005	Rene Bauer	Surely Rene caught much attention this week, with 13.2->10.2 AF (23%) and 0.44->0 (100%). He had the largest AF and ARR drops for the week, passed 2 great players to make into the top 10, and reached an ARR of 0!
Week 4, Jul 2005	Christian Kuklok	Christian almost made this POW decision too easy, with his AF 46.8->29.7 (36%) and ARR 5.3->3.0 (43%) cuts being at least 10% higher than anyone else's. He passed 16 played, made it into the top 30, and skipped Titan D to become Titan C!
Week 3, Jul 2005	Kristopher Will	Kris's is no longer 'just another top 50 guy', he's now showing that he's a shaker, and he can shake it with the best of them, passing Penev, Boisiaud and giving Foog a headache. He'll be Titan C any day now. Watch for his name..
Week 2, Jul 2005	Mike Hartjens	We rarely consecutive POWs, and the ones who have them.. well, you can look it up. Mike gets it simply because he dominated the stat cuts. His 16.5->13.7 (17%) was the equal largest, but his 1.3->0.8 (40%) ARR cut was far above the rest. Vince- watch out!
Week 1, Jul 2005	Mike Hartjens	It's hard to give this guy an award, because he consistently does good all the time and thus none of his weeks stand out. Quite noticeable achievements this time - reached #13 overall (up 4), #2 Holland (up 2), got Titan A, and ran 3 god times.
Week 4, Jun 2005	Marius Moritz Mollenhauer	While Segas and Steel were not looking, Holy Moly scored just amount of PRs to sneak from 3rd to 1st! He also broke 35mins for combined total times = very cool.
Week 3, Jun 2005	Vincent van der Fluit	In fine form once again, Vince cut 40% off his ARR (0.5->0.3), and 17% off AF (9.6->7.9). While Paul Tanney was too busy DKMing, Vince snuck passed him for the 5th spot with 13 PRs, and restoring Dutch pride with 3 new WRs!
Week 2, Jun 2005	David Lalo	Dave put in a good performance for the second week in a row, once again scoring among the highest cuts. Eighteen PRs, AF 56->46.6 (16%) and -1.0 in ARR easily helped him break the top 50, at 46th.
Week 1, Jun 2005	Olivier Peruch	Continues to stay beneath the radar, because of missing WS times. But he's darn good. He's now top 50 in ARR, and his AF 30/32 score is also 50 too. He improved his AF by 11% and ARR by 12%, along with scoring two God times on DDJ!
Week 4, May 2005	Paul Tanney	A good week for many in the AF department, but Paul clearly stood out when it came to ARR, with a 45% drop (2x the next best). He also scored 6 God times, and improved from #9 to #6 overall.
Week 3, May 2005	Marius Moritz Mollenhauer	Holy Moly Smash got his ARR down to zero. Quite an achievement, given that he has not a single WR at the moment (he has 24 in 60Hz, mind). This week, he reduced his ARR by 100%, and scored some very memorable times: 1'15'9 LC and 1'44'4 DKM, anyone?
Week 2, May 2005	Peter Toch	Usually, not playing a game for 17 months is going to negatively affect your skills. But some people end up better than ever. Like Peter: in a week, he cut his AF 256->162 (37%) and ARR 15.7->11.9 (24%), improving 4 ranks and 86 places. Crazy figures!
Week 1, May 2005	Kristopher Will	You see this guy's name in the news so often, it's hard to believe this is his first POW. Kristopher secured his top-50 rank with 56->47 (-16%) AF cut. He also improved his ARR by 0.9 pts (to Hero B), and passed 7 players.
Week 4, Apr 2005	Sam Hoar	He's starting to gather more recognition from his peers, this guy. Sam continued a long streak of PRs, passing another 15 players this week. He's now just 7 places away from making it to the top 50, thanks to 28 PRs and a 74.5->61.7 (-17%) AF cut.
Week 3, Apr 2005	Dan Coats	Despite having more room to improve for being new, Dan topped both the AF (241->183=24%) and ARR (15.9->13.0=18.4) stat changes, having scored 29 PRs. He's heading in the right direction, so keep an eye out for his name.
Week 2, Apr 2005	Robert van Zanten	Easy decision, with Rob getting the largest AF cut this week (90.4->75.0 = 17%). He _almost_ made Hero too, but we won't hold that against him. He's been consistenly improving for quite some weeks now to not get recognition. Keep going, Rob!
Week 1, Apr 2005	Steven Zwartjes	He hasn't been here long and is probably still learning new tricks each day, but Steven is already shaking up the charts and even scoring Titan times. 18 PRs this week, for AF 69.1->53.3 (23%) to crash into the top 50, taking no prisoners.
Week 4, Mar 2005	Paul Maes	Paul officially became a contender this week, following his surprising WRs in LC and BP. He certainly attracted a lot of attention.
Week 3, Mar 2005	Paul Tanney	Great work by the Pauls..Tanney/Maes both improved their AF by 12%, with Maes' LC WR a bonus. But Tanney's ARR cut (1.2->0.94=19%) was 2x as large, and he passed v/d Fluit and Segas to reach #4 - he's back in the top 5 after all this time!
Week 2, Mar 2005	Alexandra Haemmerling	A girl outplaying the guys? A relatively quiet week, but Alex picked up her controller and scored 29 PRs. She jumped 43 places (-42.3 AF, -1.96 ARR) to #240 and Adv D, which is in the top 50% of the site members. Top 200 would be a nice goal!
Week 1, Mar 2005	Paul Tanney	Steel's DKM was headline news, but Paul had one of his best weeks so far. AF from 11.6->9.5 (18%) affirmed his 7th place, but he was more interested in ARR, where he improved from 10th to 4th (1.84->1.18 = 36%). He got a WR and 8 of his 9 PRs were god!
Week 4, Feb 2005	Mike Hartjens	A close week to call, but Mike deserves the mention. He plays by setting small goals each week. This week he made 28 PRs, enough to pass Jeff and Vince. AF from 74.5->61.5 (17%) is a great improvement for such a recent addition. Keep it up!
Week 3, Feb 2005	Raphael Segas	Successful return after two months away, improving 10.1->7.5 (26%) in AF and 1.75->1.2 (32%) in ARR. Raphael tied Vincent in ARR, became Titan A, passed Stefan for a top 5 place, and made 4 new WRs!
Week 2, Feb 2005	Paul Maes	A great week for many, but Paul's ARR drop was almost twice anyone elses, securing him this win. He improved 3.0->2.3 (23%) in ARR, 15.2->12.3 (20%) in AF, and passed each of Baczynsky, Lavenant AND Schiering to break into the top 10!!
Week 1, Feb 2005	Trystan Pugh	Tremendous cuts all over the place from Trystan, who returned to time trials after a 7 month break. He improved all 32 tracks, and finished the week at #42, 53 places and 53.4 (53%) AF points up. He jumped three ranks to Hero C, just like that!
Week 4, Jan 2005	Jeffrey Gutierrez	In the past 3 weeks he was always pipped to the post, but not this time. In AF, the 75.7->58.6 (23%) cut was easily the largest of the week. His ARR went down 1.15 points to Hero D. And the rank, from 71 to 56. By next update, probably top 50. Congrats!
Week 3, Jan 2005	Rene Bauer	With a combined 21 PRs this week, Rene improved his AF by 8.3 points (28%, and 8 places), easily the largest of the week. He also skipped Hero A entirely to go directly to Titan D, and is now sitting at the very edge of the top 20. Congrats!
Week 2, Jan 2005	Rodolphe Gouet	Only got 6 PRs, but they made a surprisingly large contribution to his stats! From 23.0->18.7 (-19%) in AF and 4.41->3.87 (12%) in ARR, Rodolphe also passed 5 players to make it into the top 20. He deserved a POW sooner or later!
Week 1, Jan 2005	Joey Sandler	His cuts are so big that there's conspiracy theories about his existance ('he is an alien!'). Statistically, a 53% AF drop (34.7->16.3) is a very big deal, and it halved his rank (33->14). It's so out-of-this-world, he probably is an alien.
Week 4, Dec 2004	Nathan Cromwell	He's on fire, and deserved the award sooner or later. 'Only' 22 PRs this week, and 9 more were a day late! A 16% AF drop (210 to 177) saw him improve another 30 positions in the chart - business as usual. He joined 3 weeks ago, and is now in the top half.
Week 3, Dec 2004	Vincent van der Fluit	Close call between him and Matt Hofstad. Both did awesome. Vince's AF fell by 31% to 12.4 (compared to Matt's 27%), gained four places for #11, and also topped the ARR most-improvement list with -1.15 (26%) off for Titan C. He went really crazy this week!
Week 2, Dec 2004	Marius Moritz Mollenhauer	Marius broke one of the toughest barriers in the game, 1'40 in Wario Stadium. He got both of the WRs in WS this week (lap was beaten again, though). He also dropped his ARR from 0.906 to 0.59 (34%), almost twice the next largest drop this week.
Week 1, Dec 2004	Marius Moritz Mollenhauer	Not so much about quality as quantity this week . For someone at Marius's level, with 3.2 AF and 0.9 ARR, getting a total of 17 PRs in a week is awesome. The combined total of PRs from the other top 5 players was just 12.
Week 4, Nov 2004	Raphael Segas	Raphael cut his AF by 24% (twice as much as anyone else) from 9.9 to 7.5. In ARR, he improved by a crazy 0.7 to earn Titan B. Raphael is now on Plebani and Grard's tails for being French champion, when last week you would not have considered him for it!
Week 3, Nov 2004	Paul Tanney	12 PRs and a WR for Paul, plus promotion to #5th place. He dropped 0.53 in ARR (almost Titan B now), -1.6 in AF, and all up 3.7s in total times. So he's back for good, then?!
Week 2, Nov 2004	Phung Tang	He only joined 7 days ago, and now 28 PRs later, he improved by 90 positions (over 40% reduction)! We've not seen an improvement as large as -4.03 in ARR before, that's a full rank. Such a percentage is pretty good even for a month's worth. Good stuff.
Week 1, Nov 2004	Raphael Segas	Raphael improved from #15 to #11th and because a Titan this week! He lowered his ARR by 0.8 (21%) and AF by 3.75 (32%) with 12 PRs. Two were god and one was a WR, too!
Week 4, Oct 2004	Marius Moritz Mollenhauer	Nice! Marius improved his AF by a whole point (from 5.9 to 4.9) to reach #3. He got 19 PRs this week (2 god times), which is a lot at his level.
Week 3, Oct 2004	David Schiering	David sent in 25 PRs this week, which improved all his stats by quite a bit! AF went down 34% to 12.6 (12th place), ARR to from HB to TD (12th place) and PRSR.. also 12th place - each an improvement of 7 positions!
Week 2, Oct 2004	Michael Stewart	Statistically, Michael had the largest improvements this week - almost 10% off in ARR and -24 pts in AF to improve by almost 30 positions to 118th. Should get into the top 100 very soon! Keep it up...
Week 1, Oct 2004	Jonathan Steel	He only played LC this week. But at the end of his struggle lay a WR/god time, which broke a stupidly difficult barrier, and would be one of the most memorable barriers in the game (alongside RR 2'59, DC 1'39, PB 1'09 & BC 2'19) - a 1'15 on LC 3lap.
Week 4, Sep 2004	Lars Nouwen	His goal is to be Legend/Titan ranked in as many MK games as possible, and he's going the right way about it! Lars improved his AF by 13.5, to improve by almost 20 positions to 36th. He also made Hero D and should be Hero C very soon... and then Titan?!
Week 3, Sep 2004	Stefan van Dijke	Jumped into 4th place following a -1.5 improvement in AF and -0.53 in ARR. Reached Titan C, and got a few WRs and god times to boot.
Week 2, Sep 2004	Paul Maes	Good to see this Frenchman back in action. Get this, he beat 22 of his PRs this week! That dropped him 8.1pts in AF, and improved by 10 positions to 26th spot!
Week 1, Sep 2004	Bart Janssen-Bouwmeester	Chops off a tidy 2 points off his AF and 0.65 off ARR to secure the 10th and 11th positions in those charts, ahead of Lavenant and Ziegler. Might jump back in the top 10 again very soon!
Week 4, Aug 2004	Stefan Baczynsky	Great work by Stefan.. reached 6th place in AF with a -5.6 improvement, and TD in ARR. We're giving him the award because of his consistency - he's getting PRs almost every day, and they're all really impressive.
Week 3, Aug 2004	Jonathan Steel	His first WR, reached 32/32 Titan times, chopped off a whole point off his AF, and squeezed into 3rd spot!

Jan 2010	Jamie Disley	The biggest cuts of the month -- AF 147->96.5 (34%) and ARR 13.6->11.2 (18%) -- or roughly 1.5x better than anyone else. Reached the overall top-100 and 60Hz top-50.
Dec 2009	Ryan Stevens	Strongest cuts of the month (again!), with AF 65.0->52.3 (20%) and ARR 8.6->7.2 (15%). He finished the month with flair, breaking the top-50 and becoming a Titan A in the last week.
Nov 2009	Ryan Stevens	It was a quiet month with few players being active for more than 2 weeks in a row. Ryan had the best combined cuts for the month of 13% AF and 10% ARR.

Sep 2009	Christian Wild	Most of his cuts were in the last two weeks, but Christian was active each week... even during the weeks he said he will take a break. He had a 22% AF drop and 15% ARR drop for the month and improved from 51st to 38th.
Aug 2009	Christian Wild	Christian started the month having just entered the top-100. He then cut AF 100->57 (43%) and ARR 11->8.1 (26%) to finish in 51st and hit the Titan ranks. He also halved his 60Hz rank from 56th to 28th.

Mar 2009	Soren Marx	With an 716->428 (40%) AF cut and 26.1->20.0 (23%) ARR cut, Soren beat Jordan and Kouider to having a better month. He consistently made big cuts each week and even spent his time getting a 64/64 timesheet.
Feb 2009	David Moorhouse	The battle of David M vs David L was close. Moorhouse came up with the bigger cuts in both AF 660->517 (22%) and ARR 24.6->21.8 (11%). David L's cuts were 18% and 8%.
Jan 2009	Kouider Benarioua	Debuted at the start of the month at a high ranking after already playing for many months, but surprised us that he still had much left to improve. Improved AF from unranked (~50th) to 34th, and ARR 7.9->5.6 (29%). Scored 19 PRs, a lot for a top-50.
Dec 2008	Tony Nguyen	The biggest cuts of the month: AF 246->187 (24%) and ARR 16.5->15.0 (9%). Tony began his comeback by jumping 70 places and then moved up another 50 over the past 3-4 weeks.
Nov 2008	Rogerio Schneider	A replay of Sept, where a few players joined/cameback at the end of the month in a single burst, yet Rogerio had the more consistent racing across each of the four weeks. His cuts were AF 355->291 (18%) and ARR 18.8->17.5 (7%).
Oct 2008	Nicholas Harvey	Started strong and kept active throughout the month, with AF 345->273 (21%) being the top cut. His ARR cut of 18.4->17 (8%) was also comparatively strong.
Sep 2008	Rogerio Schneider	There was a lot of activity in the final week, but Rogerio had the best overall month: he got the top cuts in both AF (493->429, or 13%) and ARR (21.7->20.3, or 7%) and moved up nearly 50 places.
Aug 2008	Paulo Roberto Presotto	The Brazilian has been making 'steady PRs' for some time now. This was a good month for him, with a AF 130->112 (14%) cut to hold his own against Alencar's and Ian's 'bursty PRs'. Top-100 soon?
Jul 2008	Ian Gee	Hard to argue against a 35% AF cut when the next best is 17%. Ian improved his AF from 163->105, finishing the month as #103. Very close on that count, but it was more than enough. His ARR cut was 14.7->11.8 (20%), by far the biggest of the month.
Jun 2008	Ian Gee	Consistently active Ian improved his AF 222.2->163.2 (27%) and ARR 16.0->14.8 (8%) to outplay Paulo and Karina. He finished the month in 155th, or 61 places higher.
May 2008	Ben Davis	Ben moved up from 282nd to 195th during the month, almost a jump of 100 places. He also had the right pictures, even if his Paint skills could use a bit of work.
Mar 2008	Alvin van Asselt	Solid cuts to fend off Karina, Joshua D, Scott D and Mark E to the biggest monthly cut. AF 205->145 (29%) and ARR 15.8->14.2 (11%).
Feb 2008	Marijn Jongbloed	I think Marijn surprised a lot of people with his rampage. In 60Hz, his cuts were AF 9.2->2.9 (68%) and ARR 3.3->1.1 (66%). He became champ and claimed most of the WRs.
Jan 2008	Joshua House	Close call between several worth players (Josh, Kevin, Sam, Marc, Thomas). Josh had the most eye-catching cuts: AF 304.8->199.4 (35%) and ARR 18.2->15.6, passing 100 players to reach the top-200.
Dec 2007	Alvin van Asselt	Didn't get the POQ, but bags 2 POMs instead. AF 252->201 (20%) was not his best month, but was still right up there compared with the rest of the gang. Made the top-200.
Nov 2007	Alibis Van Deaf	With AF 138->80 (42%) and ARR 13.9->10.1 (27%), Fabien had the top cuts in both categories by a large margin. He reached the top-100 mid-way through the month, and finished it off by becoming Titan.
Oct 2007	Alvin van Asselt	Alvin vs Lars... Dutch vs Danish... Round 2. With AF 640->370 (42%) and ARR 25.7->19.7 (23%), the Dutch beers have nearly the % of vodka. And there's just more of them than in Denmark. They powered Alvin to almost halve his ranking.
Aug 2007	Alvaro Fababu	Not as big as Scott's crazy single-week comeback, but Alvaro had the consistency to make cuts every week. AF 464->392 (16%) and ARR 21.9->20.2 (8%). He reached 2nd place among the Spanish players.
Jul 2007	Alain Studer	AF 183->106 (42%) and ARR 15.5->12.3 (20%), Alain almost doubled the cuts of the next best candidate. He finished the month with some good timing, reaching 100th in AF and 97th (Hero B) in ARR.
Jun 2007	Matt Tanzer	AF 42.7->33.9 (21%) and ARR 7.4->6.4 (14%). Matt's main rivals for POM were Ryan (who spread out his efforts, got POQ) and Fabien (who concentrated his efforts, got 2 POWs). Matt finished on a high, becoming Titan+ and passing Gregor for USA #5.
May 2007	Ryan Stevens	AF 226->130 (42%) and ARR 16.6->13.4 (19%), Ryan's had 4 consecutive strong weeks, moving up from 210th to 128th and from Exp C to Hero C.
Apr 2007	Alex Hantson	AF 58.2->36.2 (38%) and ARR 9.3->6.3 (32%), a clear winner in the monthly stat improvements. The Swiss player moved up over 20 spots, easily making the top-50. Also reached Titan+.
Mar 2007	Aron Langerak	"Since Aron plays 6 hours a day I think he deserves the award, even if he gets POW, POM and POQ." -Anon. [Some data anyway: AF 3.3->2.5 (24%), ARR 0.35->0.035 (90%)]
Feb 2007	Alessandra Moretti Martinelli	AF 407->228 (44%) and ARR 21.4->17.0 (21%) put her slightly ahead of Andrew Johnson in terms of raw cuts, but she had the added bonus of becoming top-woman and top Italian.
Jan 2007	Andrew Manning	Close call between Andrew, Matt and Gosia, but Andy had the slightly better stat cuts in both metrics: AF 372->234 (37%) and ARR 20.5->17.2 (16%). He moved up 130 places, also becoming a high-Expert player.
Dec 2006	Andreas Rudmarker	Besides Marc/Konsta, the only player in the top-10 improvers for both AF (8.5->6.8; 19%) and ARR (1.9->1.4; 25%). He got a WR, became Myth+, and moved up from 8th to 5th. Pretty good, right?
Nov 2006	Konsta Jukka	Very strong month for Konsta, going AF 33.5->21.9 (33%) and ARR 6.75->4.8 (28%). His AF cut was rivalled only by Cole, but his ARR cut was top-of-the-league. He started as #29 and finished the month as #19. Became Myth, too.
Oct 2006	Marc Schwartz	Cole outplayed Marc in AF cuts, while Marc outplayed him in ARR. Despite his Dutch advantage, Marc was ranked higher and passed some big names and became a Titan. Cuts were AF 71.1->54.5 (23%) and ARR 11.0->9.5 (14%).
Sep 2006	Hendrik Bunde	Beat Richard for the Championship at the start of the month, and held it for two weeks among fierce competition. Richard persevered and borrowed it back for one week, before Hendrik passed him once more - twice in a month.
Aug 2006	Richard Karlsson	Became Champ at the start of the month, overtaking Vince, and then held the title for the next four weeks.
Jul 2006	Vincent van der Fluit	Apart from Cole, Vince had the statistically strongest cuts: AF 5.3->3.6 (32%) and ARR 2.3->1.6 (29%). But Vince also got handful of WRs and finished the month as World Champ. Yickes.
Jun 2006	Andrew Math	AF 136->86 (37%) and ARR 15.2->12.6 (17%) saw him cruise into the top 100. Scored his first Titan time, and went from Exp to Hero C (almost Hero B). Strangely, he seems to be picking up speed, and really fired home to close off the month.
May 2006	Tristan Eyma	Enviously successful comeback from the Frenchman, who cut AF 21.7->10.7 (51%), ARR 6.4->3.8 (40%). He scored 29 PRs over the month, and reached 8th place overall!

Mar 2006	Alejandro Laflamme	4 weeks in a row of good cuts led to AF 97.9->51.5 (47%) and 13.6->9.97 (27%) ARR drops, which definitely stood out. He barely missed out on a top 50 finish by the end of his streak, but he at least became Titan D.
Feb 2006	Nathan Cromwell	Surprised? AF 101->55 (46%) and ARR 14.1->10.5 (26%) were nice. He was worried about remaining in the top 100, but moved to 50s, became #1 Canada, and capped it off with reaching Titan D in the last days.
Jan 2006	Jean-Christophe Lacastaignerate	A tight month between several players, with nobody really standing out above the others. J-C had the biggest stat improvements in both AF (59->45 = 25%) and ARR (11.3->9.6 = 15%). He also became a top 50 player this month, and Titan.
Dec 2005	Fernando Moritz dos Santos	You can't deny that this was a good comeback month for Fernando, with 22->13.5 (39%) AF and 6.7->5.3 (21%) ARR cuts. He regained 60Hz #2, reached Myth D, got a WR, and is threatening to reenter the top 10.
Nov 2005	Hendrik Bunde	Definitely shook things up. He joined, was suspected, was kicked out, and then came back to prove us all wrong with vids! Ouch! He debuted at #5 and remains thus, but has made 12 PRs to show he wants a challenge. Improved AF by 8% and has 6 WRs.
Oct 2005	Roman Tio	Far out in front in terms of stat cuts, Roman reduced his AF 186->129 (31%) and ARR 17.9->15.7 (12%). It probably helped his cause that improved all but 3 of his times and jumped from 180 to 124th.
Sep 2005	Jake Sopcak	With monthly stats like AF 104->55 (47%) and ARR 16.1(adj.) -> 11.5 (29%), Jake easily stood out and was expected to get this one. He went from #102 to #51, and we coined a new term for him: The Pobre-Smashing Sopcak Smash.
Aug 2005	Dave Phaneuf	Countering Benoit's passing of him, Dave maintained modest improvements during the first few weeks, but exploded in the last week! With AF 143.2->98.9 (31%) and ARR 10.8->8.9 (17%), Dave made up 40 places this month to easily break into the top 100.
Jul 2005	Andreas Rudmarker	A very Swedish month, with Karlsson topping the ARR improvement list, and the Super Rudmarker Bros topping the AF improvements list. Andreas's AF 111->54 (51%) and ARR 9.6->6.0 (37%) beat Martin's 41%/26%, giving him the upper hand.
Jun 2005	Paul Tanney	A hard-fought month for Paul, continuously battling with Vince/Maes in AF and with DKM in ARR. He managed to conquer both, reaching the coveted 0.0 ARR, and managing to hold off Vince for the 4th spot, a battle that lasted until the final couple of days!
May 2005	Raphael Segas	Raphael halved his AF (5.1->2.53=50%), and clobbered his whole ARR (0.53->0.0=100%). He even briefly held the #1 spot! During this month he made it to the top on most of the stats, and now holds the majority of WRs.
Apr 2005	Steven Zwartjes	Obvious choice for POM, due to his consistency in busting out PRs each week. Steven cut his AF from 69->35.2 (-49%) and ARR from 7.9->4.9 (-38%), halving his ranking from 66th to 36th.
Mar 2005	Gregor Fran	A good month for many, including Gregor's speedy ascent into the top 50. He improved his AF from 72.2->47.7 (-34%) and ARR 8.6->6.6 (-23%). Gregor continues to improve at a consistent pace, and provides high quality movies of his work. Well done.
Feb 2005	Trystan Pugh	An easy decision. Trystan was consistent for 3/4 of the month, ripping all his times to shreds. AF from 100.3->30.5 (69%) and ARR 10.4->4.9 (52%) saw him improve over 60 places. Reaching Titan would have been the icing on the cake.
Jan 2005	Jeffrey Gutierrez	With an AF drop from 125->58.6 (53%), he has one of the largest monthly improvements ever. He's also just outside the top 50 as we speak (from 166th), and who knows how far he will go. This was an easy decision, and most would have expected it.
Dec 2004	Matthew Hofstad	Vince edged him for POW in his busiest week, but Matt had a good month overall. With 28 PRs and 27 points off in AF, Matt finished the year at #67, 21 places up. No BC WR... yet.
Nov 2004	Jonathan Steel	It's impossible to overlook him for the award. AF dropped from 4.4 to 1.78 (-60%) and ARR from 1.56 to 0.40 (-74%)...easily among the biggest monthly drops of all time. He became Titan A and #1, and got way too many WRs - nobody keeps track anymore =D
Oct 2004	David Schiering	A very close month between David Schiering, Yannick Plebani and Marius Mollenhauer, who improved by almost identical amounts in stats. David dropped 71% off his AF, 57% off ARR and 16.8s off total times to jump from 20th to 11th. Yickes..
Sep 2004	Stefan van Dijke	Well gee, hasn't this guy had a terrific month. Four weeks ago he was 8th in AF with 8.3 and just barely scraped through from Hero A to Titan D. Now he's 3rd in AF with 4.8, a Titan B, and made 6 god times and 5 WRs this month!
Aug 2004	Stefan Baczynsky	This was a real comeback month for Stefan, with 23 unique PRs. He improved his AF to 8.0 (58% reduction) and improved his total times by 11.6 seconds in 3laps and 6.6 in laps!
Jul 2004	David Grard	David improved his AF by 26% and ARR by 25% over the month, improvements which were dwarfed by Mollenhauer, Steel, Wachsmuth and Sorce. But we couldn't overlook him for the POM - 9WRs, first place in almost all stats, and a new site champion. Nice work.
Jun 2004	David Taylor	Consistent month from one of our more active members. David reached Expert A and broke into the top 40 by improving his ARR by 26% and AF by 60%, outperforming Grard, Campos and Nebout for the win!

2nd Quarter, 2010	Kouider Benarioua	Kouider won 64% of the votes. He produced a 17% AF cut, from 4.41 to 3.66, to show that he can (and soon will?) be the new champion. He also scored a handful of WRs in the process to dethrone Richard from the WR table.
1st Quarter, 2010	David Schiering	Received 56% of the votes compared to the next best of 28%. In a brief yet impressive comeback, David finished March in the top-15 and as the newest Myth A. Cuts were AF 21.1->16.2 (24%) and ARR 3.5->2.2 (36%).
4th Quarter, 2009	Christian Wild	Booked his place in the POQ gallery by winning 46% of the vote to Ryan's 34%. After having cut 54% the previous quarter, he cut another 35% in AF to finish what was perhaps the best 6-month improvement of all time.
3rd Quarter, 2009	Kouider Benarioua	Convincingly won 59% of the vote. Kouider had a smaller AF cut than Christian (48% vs 66%) but larger ARR cut (80% vs 47%). During this quarter he joined the top-10 and scored 3 WRs.
2nd Quarter, 2009	Kouider Benarioua	A close 2-man playoff going Kouider's way 56%-44%. Voters wanted to see Kouider recognised for his assault on the top-20, and his cuts were AF 24->13.6 (43%) and ARR 3.9->1.9 (51%). Christian, winner of 3 POMs, had cuts of 54%/25%.

1st Quarter, 2009	Arnaud Guepey	Divided (or undecided) between Andrew [23% votes] and Kouider's [26%] big moves, most voted the dark horse Arnaud [44%] as their 'president'. Although a 50Hz veteran, Arnie's huge cuts were in 60Hz: ARR 134->58.8 (56%) and ARR 14.8->10.9 (26%).
4th Quarter, 2008	Sebastien Legay	Sebastien won favour over Rogerio with 53% vs 37% of votes. There was strong Euro support from those who wanted him to win his 2nd award (he had only 1 POW vs. Rogerio's 2 POWs/2 POMs). Cuts were AF 74->63 (14%) and ARR 9.4->8.2 (13%).
3rd Quarter, 2008	David Schiering	The voters wanted to see David recognised, with his biggest award so far being 1 POM compared to runner-up Ian, who took 2 POMs leading up to the POQ. In 60Hz, David cut 16% in AF and 10% in ARR, which is tough when you're top-20.
2nd Quarter, 2008	Ben Davis	AF 388->184 (53%) was the biggest cut of the quarter. Ian was next closest at 51%, but Ben was ahead of Ian in both AF and ARR cuts. There wasn't much else to separate them with, so that decided it: Ben received 52% of your votes, a win by 30%.
1st Quarter, 2008	Marijn Jongbloed	Took 61% of the vote, 4x times more than Scott. His cuts were focused on 60Hz (where his rank was much lower than his 50Hz), but the cuts were big: 87/89% in AF/ARR. He became 60Hz #1 with a commanding lead.
4th Quarter, 2007	Alex Hantson	Voting went Alex = Alvin > Matt. So we had a playoff, which went Matt > Alex > Alvin. Alvin didn't beat Alex in either, so it was Alex vs Matt. Both had very similar cuts, but Alex got 4% more votes in total. AF 29.4->19.5 (34%) and ARR 5.2->3.5 (32%).
3rd Quarter, 2007	Alain Studer	Had the best AF cut of 183->62 (66%) and 2nd best ARR cut of 15.5->9.3 (40%). Took 31% of the votes. His closest rival, Scott, was 2nd and 4th in those categories but still managed 22% of votes for not being on the site for the full period.
2nd Quarter, 2007	Ryan Stevens	Narrow win over Alex, but Ryan had bigger cuts in AF/ARR and was here for less time. AF 418->101 (76%) and ARR 21.4->12 (44%), he went from Adv to Hero and passed some 300 players. Scored a Myth time, too.
1st Quarter, 2007	Aron Langerak	Alex Hantson had mistimed his run and let the award slip, with Aron winning by 2 votes. That's not to take anything away from Aron, who reached #1 and amassed 8 more WRs in these three months. Cuts were AF 4.1->2.5 (38%), ARR 0.8->0.03 (96%).
4th Quarter, 2006	Konsta Jukka	With 40% votes, he got 3x more support than anyone. Maybe some felt sympathetic to his defeat in the previous POQ. Even Konsta himself said this might be his last chance at one. AF 41.2->17.3 (58%), ARR 7.9->3.8 (52%). He got a WR in there somewhere.
3rd Quarter, 2006	Hendrik Bunde	Konsta came close, and both stood out in the poll. Both deserved it. We couldn't decide, so we trusted the 5% more vote for Hendrik. Stats: AF 4.5->2.3 (48%), ARR 1.8->0.4 (77%), 10 WRs and became #1... several times over!
2nd Quarter, 2006	Aron Langerak	Aron's cuts of AF 40.7->10.9 (73%) and ARR 8.7->3.1 (65%) were higher than the next best by almost 10% each, so he was the favourite. He even got a WR in the 3 months period! Aron received 39% of the votes, ahead of Richard (19%).
1st Quarter, 2006	Nathan Cromwell	Nate scored 32% of the 93 votes, with Maes/Bunde taking 21% each. AF 99->32 (67%) and ARR 14.1->7.8 (45%) were the biggest drops around. This beast had a random whim to reach top 50, and... well, he did it.
4th Quarter, 2005	Fernando Moritz dos Santos	He didn't have the best stat drops, but the votes were in his favour. Maybe people were feeling nostalgia to see a former champ fight once again? He fought well, with AF 23.5->13.5=42% and ARR 7.8->5.3=32%. Reached Myth D during this period, too.
3rd Quarter, 2005	Andreas Rudmarker	A convincing win, running away with almost twice as many votes as the next best candidate! Andreas had the largest improvements in both ARR (15.6->8.9 = 43%) and AF (111->34 = 70%), so it was no surprise that he received due acknowledgement.
2nd Quarter, 2005	Raphael Segas	We all know Raphael's story for this season; after a 71% AF cut and 100% ARR cut, he reached #1. The size of his cuts were equalled by others, but he also ended up with half the WRs. Well played!
1st Quarter, 2005	Trystan Pugh	The first POQ poll ended in a tie, but Trystan won the play-off with 42% of votes (Maes and Will evenly split the rest). Pugh had the biggest AF cut of the quarter (89->21.5=76%), and huge ARR too (10.4->3.4=67%). He even made it to the top 20!
4th Quarter, 2004	Jonathan Steel	Jonathon won the voting 33% to Vince van der Fluit's 16% and Andrew Vallely's 14%! It was during this quarter that he became champ, improving AF from 5.2 to 1.6, ARR from 2.9 to 0.1, and WRs from 5 to 20. He really deserved it!
3rd Quarter, 2004	Marius Moritz Mollenhauer	Marius won 35% of votes to Steel's 24%! Admittedly, Steel's rampage was ill-timed (half-way through), so our top 60Hzer had bigger stat changes. He improved AF by 296% to 7.5, and ARR by 155% to 3.25! No WRs gained, but from 28th to 6th was nice.
2nd Quarter, 2004	Fernando Moritz dos Santos	Moritz won the voting 38% to beat Grard's 34% for this award. He had only just joined at the end of Feb, so his times were terrible =). During those next 3 months, he improved his AF by 1954% to 3.69 to become #1 with 8 WRs at the end of June. Well done!

2009	Kouider Benarioua	Won 68% of the vote for his cuts of AF 45.1->6 (87%) and ARR 7.9->0.2 (98%). Those stats speak for themselves, really, but he was active all year, went from 43rd to 6th and got 3 WRs along the way.
2008	Marijn Jongbloed	The favourite took 54% of votes for a comfortable win. Despite already being a top player in 50Hz, MJ's craziness was in 60Hz, where he cut 91% of AF and 98% ARR to dominate (became #1, extended lead by 2.6pts) and claim 28/32 WRs.
2007	Matt Tanzer	Came close to POQ, but only had a POM. Now he gets a POY, winning 14% more votes than Hendrik. AF 169->18 (89%) was the top cut, with ARR 15.4->3.1 (80%) right up there. Matt was active in over 80% of weeks. He improved from 166->16th and Exp A->Myth B.
2006	Aron Langerak	Won 22% 1st round votes (Hendrik/Richard/JSX 18% each), then won 31% in playoff votes (R/H/J 20-27% each). Tiny win, but Aron won both rounds, so he gets it! AF 101->4.1 (96%), ARR 14->0.8 (94%), he went from nearly 100th to 3rd, Myth+, and beat Vince.
2005	Raphael Segas	Bookie's favourite; won 52.6% of votes, doubling the next. AF 7.4->3.7 (50%) & ARR 7.4->2.8 (62%) were impressive, as he was #5 in Jan05. He reached #1 in Jun, but the title swapped hands in several exciting battles. He kept #1 from Sept into early 2006.
